Wisconsin Credit Union Complaints

The Office of Credit Unions investigates complaints relating to alleged violations of state statutes. Reporting problems promptly provides a better chance of resolving them. Prior to submitting a complaint, try to resolve the issue directly with the credit union. If there is no resolve, check to make sure that your financial institution is a state charted credit union.
