The Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions is teleworking and encouraging all customers to utilize the department’s online services for filing and submitting documents; however, the department’s 4th floor service counter at the Hill Farms State Office Building is open for in-person paper filing services for these areas:

  • Trademark
  • Uniform Commercial Code (UCC)
  • Notary Public
  • Apostille
  • Charitable Organizations
