Note: Beginning September 1, 2016 comments on proposed administrative rules will be accepted through the Legislature's website at All submitted comments submitted will be sent to the appropriate agency rules coordinators. Administrative Rules in Promulgation

1. Revisions to chapter DFI-CU 72 relating to State-chartered Credit Union Member Business Loans.

The rule has passed out of the Joint Committee for the Review of Administrative Rules. The Office of Credit Unions awaits approval for the rule from the NCUA. Once received, the office will forward the final rule order to the Legislative Reference Bureau for publication in the Administrative Register. The rule will take effect on the first day of the sixth month following publication.
